Custom Side of Beef (1/2 Beef) for October Processing Date

Here's how it works:

1. Put down a $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve your custom cut side of beef.

2. We will contact you with the details on working with the butcher on how you want your beef cut.

3. We deliver the animal to the butcher in mid-October 2022.

4. The butcher gives us the "hanging weight" of the animal and you pay $3.70/lb. (your deposit is deducted from the total cost and we pay all of the butcher/processing fees).

5. A couple of weeks later, you pick up your custom order from the butcher (located on the boarder of McMinn and Bradley County in Calhoun, TN).  We can also arrange for delivery if needed.

6. You and your family enjoy some delicious, pasture-raised beef.

**NOTE: We only have 1/2 beef available August, September, and October remaining in 2022.
